Our Roots

Linda first began her Practice in 2007, motivated by a friend who had been medically discharged after his time spent overseas. Over the years, she has worked on people from all walks of life: Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Athletes, Teachers, Nurses, Desk Jockies, DJs, Politicians, Caregivers, the list goes on. Pain is the body's best way to communicate with our conscious selves that something needs our attention. Hence, we do not see it as a negative, but as a Tool.

We do not diagnose, we do not treat symptoms, we evaluate the client and attempt to ascertain the root cause of the imbalance, be it from food, activities, stress, or something else in their bio-individual nature.
